The Beaufort Food Truck Festival is a community event to benefit Jaycee Camp Hope. Jaycee Camp Hope is a statewide residential camp for citizens with intellectual disabilities. The camp has been supported by South Carolina Jaycees since 1969 and is located in Pendleton, SC near Clemson University.

For some campers and their families, Jaycee Camp Hope is the only opportunity for a retreat. While it is a learning retreat for the camper, it is a well-received life retreat for the parents that give so unselfishly every day.

The Lowcountry Jaycees, also known as the Junior Chamber of Commerce, are the premiere leadership training and community service organization for men and women between the ages of 18-40. The Jaycees promote leadership training and self-improvement by providing service and support for our community. We also provide networking opportunities and entertaining social events. The Jaycee vision is to be the leading global network of active young citizens.

The Lowcountry Jaycees motto is “Empowering Young People to Create Positive Change” and consists of young adults and leaders in Beaufort County that strives to make a difference in the community as well as achieve personal growth!
